We’re Kim and Lauren, two adventure-loving mums who believe family travel should be magical, not stressful.

As parents raising our own little explorers, we know how full-on travelling with kids can be. That’s why we created Bali Nanny Co in 2025 — to give families trusted, professional childcare so you can truly enjoy your Bali experience, knowing your little ones are in safe, caring hands.

Our nannies are experienced professionals, fully screened by our team, first aid certified, and genuinely passionate about children. Many are mums themselves, bringing warmth and calm to every booking.

Whether you need a few hours to relax, support during a wedding, or consistent care throughout your stay, we work around your family’s rhythm.

We’re parents who understand what it’s like to plan an overseas holiday with littles. Our mission is simple: help your family create beautiful Bali memories, with the right support when you need it most.

Frequently Asked Questions

We refuse to take a cut of nanny wages. The Nanny Pass fee supports the platform — vetting, safety checks, matching, website maintenance, training and support — while the nanny keeps 100% of her earnings. Families pay nannies directly in cash starting at AUD $10 per hour (approx. 100,000 IDR) – which is very affordable for families. Your Nanny Pass fee ensures your nanny never loses a dollar of her income and feels valued for the amazing work she does.

We sure can! Bali Nanny Co have a list of trusted, family friendly drivers. Shoot us a message and we will provide some recommendations.

Yes, of course, you can arrange this directly with your nanny. She will let you know what her overnight fee will be. Keep in mind your nanny will need somewhere to sleep (in the same room as your child is perfectly okay, as long as she’s comfortable). You will, of course, need to provide meals.
