Nannies are paid directly in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the end of your booking.
Nanny rates start from 100,000 IDR per hour (approximately AUD$10). The total cost will depend on your booking requirements, including the number of hours, children, and whether additional nanny support is needed.

Nanny Payment Rates
BNC’s nanny rates vary depending on the number of children and nannies required. You will pay this in cash directly to your nanny in Bali.
100,000 IDR converts to around $10 AUD per hour. This is a fantastic rate! Fair for your nanny and great for you. This is what experienced nannies typically charge in Bali.

Imagine you’re in Bali for 10 nights (9 full days) and decide you’d like a nanny for 7 of those days (with a minimum of 5 hours per day).
Here’s how it works:

- You purchase a Bali Trip Pass for $39 AUD. This upfront fee gives you access to pre-book your trusted nanny/s for your holiday.
- Direct Nanny Payment:
- You have 1 child and choose to book a nanny for 6 hours each day.
- The nanny’s rate is 100,000 IDR per hour. For 6 hours, that’s 600,000 IDR per day.
- Over 7 days, the nanny fee is:
600,000 IDR x 7 days = 4,200,000 IDR
- Daily Travel Fee:
- Each day, there is an additional 100,000 IDR travel fee paid directly to the nanny.
- Over 7 days, this totals:

Yes, of course, you can arrange this directly with your nanny. She will let you know what her overnight fee will be. Keep in mind your nanny will need somewhere to sleep (in the same room as your child is perfectly okay, as long as she’s comfortable). You will, of course, need to provide meals.
